APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

1. PREFACE

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you fully understand how we obtain and process your Personal Data. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that you were adequately informed.

Baridi Baridi Application privacy policy (hereinafter "this privacy policy") define the handling of user information on both the Baridi Baridi AC mobile application (hereinafter "the application") and the service provided through the application (hereinafter "this service"), provided by Baridi Baridi Inc. and group companies (hereinafter Baridi Baridi, "we", "us”, etc.). "Third Parties" means any natural or legal person or entity. "Website" means the website available at https://baridibaridi.com/en.html

Baridi Baridi recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users ("user", "You") and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information privately and securely. This Privacy Policy applies the Application and describes how Baridi Baridi manages, stores, and utilizes your Personal Data through its Products.

c) Continuous improvement and legal compliance

Baridi Baridi, together with our group companies, is sincerely committed to ethical behavior and legal compliance, and we also consider the protection of personal information a valuable asset entrusted to us as our social responsibility, therefore, hereby we set forth this Privacy Policy.
Baridi Baridi builds a personal information protection management system to embody the policy shown below, and regularly reviews and seeks to improve our efforts on the protection of personal information.

We may collect several Personal Information to be acquired, acquisition purpose, and acquisition method in providing the Application and the Service, we automatically acquire the user information described below via the Application or by the user's input and handle it to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

Baridi Baridi shall take appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing of any Personal Data or its accidental loss, destruction or damage, access, disclosure, or use.

i. In the event of a full or partial merger with, or acquisition of all or part of Baridi Baridi, we may transfer your Personal Data to a Third Party. In such event, Baridi Baridi shall impose this Third Party to use any Personal Data strictly consistent with this Privacy Policy.

ii. We may also share Personal Data with Third-Party service providers who help us to provide, understand, commercialize and improve our Products. We do not authorize these Third-Party service providers to use or disclose your Personal Data except as strictly necessary to perform any services under our supervision or to comply with applicable legislation. We seek to provide any such Third Party service provider with only the Personal Data they need to perform their specific function.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We may retain information regarding you and your use of the Products, including Personal Data, for as long as reasonably needed to provide you with the Product and the uses described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that we retain your Personal Data even if you temporarily stop using the Application until you permanently delete the Application on your mobile device and notify us thereof. Upon notification, we may retain and continue to use and disclosure your Personal Data to Third Parties exclusively on a fully anonymized basis.

5. METHODS OF NOTIFICATION, PUBLICATION OR OBTAINING CONSENT, AND METHODS OF USER INVOLVEMENT

Baridi Baridi notifies users of this Policy and the Baridi Baridi Privacy Policy by posting it in this application or on our company website.

ii. Method of obtaining consent

Consent will be obtained when the application is first started. To use our Product, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the Products. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use it in any manner Products.

6. EXTERNAL TRANSMISSION, THIRD-PARTY PROVISION

You acknowledge and agree that certain content or services provided by Third Parties may be made available to you through the Product. You agree that such linked content or services may have their privacy policies for which Baridi Baridi cannot be held responsible. Baridi Baridi does not in any way review or endorse the privacy practices of such Third Parties of the following circumstances.

i. External transmission
Acquired user information is sent to the server of the hosting company that Baridi Baridi outsources the management.

ii. Third-party provision
Information may be provided to third parties in the following cases:
(i).When providing data in a state where the user cannot be identified, such as statistical data, (ii).Cases where disclosure or provision is requested following laws and regulations.

7. SHARED USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH GROUP COMPANIES AND THIRD PARTY

We will make the following shared use of personal information among user information with group companies and third parties:

8. REQUESTS REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have a right to access, (Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, and suspension of the use of personal information). If you are concerned or have any questions about your Personal Data, you have the right to request access to the Personal Data which we hold or process about you. We will then provide you with information about the data that are being processed and the source of those data.

a) Disclosure
When requested by a user to disclose personal information per the provisions of the Electronic, Postal Communication act, Baridi Baridi will disclose the information to the user without delay after confirming that the request was made by the user. However, this shall not apply to cases in which our company is not obliged to disclose according to the Electronic, Postal Communication act, and other laws and regulations.

b) Correction/Addition/Deletion/Suspension Of Use

If Baridi Baridi is requested by a user to correct, add or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") Personal Information that is not true, after confirming that the request was made by the user, we will investigate the request without delay and, based on the results of the investigation, will correct, add or delete Personal Information and notify the user to that effect.

To exercise your rights or any other questions concerning this Privacy Policy, please contact us by e-mail or in writing at the address privacy@baridibaridi.com You should add a copy of your identity card or other proof of your identity to your request. Baridi Baridi will undertake the necessary action without undue delay and provide information on the action taken (or the absence of any such action) within 30 days.

10. REVISION OF PRIVACY POLICY

Baridi Baridi always strives to update its privacy policy. Such an update shall be carried out on the face of it without prior intimation to the user. However, if the procedures required for revision are stipulated by the Electronic Postal Communication Act and other laws and regulations, the revision shall be made based on the relevant laws and regulations.

If there is an update in the acquired user information, purpose of use, or provision to a third party, with notifying on this application or our website, consent will be obtained from the user again when the application is launched.
